Oscar and Felix are 11-year-old bonded littermates who were rehomed due to their owner’s declining health. Having never been apart, these brothers were the perfect “odd couple” — Oscar is the calmer, gentler soul who’s always looking for quiet affection while Felix is the fearless leader and explorer. There was no question the two had to be adopted together!

Needing only a bit of dental work (funded by Friends), Oscar and Felix were ready for their next chapter. Their new mom noted that “[Felix and Oscar] are doing well. Oscar will lay on the floor near us and will come for pets. Felix will sit on both my lap and my daughter’s. They even took to meeting relatives, who came to meet them.”

She added, “I was a little leery at first to adopt older cats, but they are great, and it is obvious that they are a bonded pair.  We are happy to have them as an addition to our household.”
