We look forward to seeing you at the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. The presentation will be held in the Board Auditorium of the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax VA 22035. Please forward this document to all who should be invited for this recognition.
The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to begin its meeting at 9:30 a.m. Please plan to arrive by 9:15 a.m., if possible, and check in with a member of the Public Affairs staff upon your arrival. The staff member will be in the main lobby of the Government Center. A sign stating: “Presentation Check In” denotes the registration table. If the table is vacant when you arrive, please proceed to the Board Auditorium.
When it is time for the presentation, the chairman will invite you to come to the podium. Following the Board’s remarks, the chairman will offer an opportunity for you to acknowledge the recognition. Those comments should be limited to three minutes. After the acknowledgment, the chairman will invite you and anyone you’d like to accompany you to come forward for a photograph. For this reason, it is most convenient to select seats closer to the front of the Board Auditorium.
The complete meeting draft agenda will be available on the Fairfax County Website.
