Dobbie Doo was found alone near a golf course in Fairfax County without any identification. A good samaritan brought him to a nearby vet who had him transferred to the Shelter to do a search for a possible owner. In the meantime, our vets at Pender determined that Dobbie Doo had a serious stomach blockage that required a gastrotomy. Thankfully Friends was at the ready to help fund this major stomach procedure. Post-surgery, Dobbie Doo was a new man – happy and ready for play and lots of pets and rubs! Sadly, the original owner never came forward but that’s okay! Dobbie Doo will do GREAT in a new forever home!!
