Winston (formerly Loki) was surrendered to the Shelter when his previous owner could no longer afford the care needed when he reinjured his leg. Luckily Friends was able to step in and cover the costs for what was now required – a leg amputation. 

After successfully recuperating in foster, Winston was ready for his Adoption Audition. Lucky for all, he performed superbly and a match was made! His new family has nothing but wonderful things to say about Winston. “He has been nothing but an amazing, very loving puppy; he’ very energetic and gets along with every dog he encounters! We cannot thank you all enough for the donations for his surgery; he is doing very well adjusting to [his] three legs.”
